Vinification Process

This free-run wine is made from grapes of Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo elaborate separately with cold maceration and fermentation at a low temperature.

Description

Pale yellow in colour with hints of green very brilliant. It has a highly intense, fruity nose with tropical aromes. On the palate is fresh, fruity and with a good balance with a persistent finish A wine to enjoy with shellfish, fish, vegetable, rice, pasta and tapas. Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10º C
