Stainless steel tanks with controlled fermentation temperature. 4 month barrel aging with stirring of lees.
Description
Ready to drink. Should be served at 8ºc to 10%. Intense white wine with a hint of light oak notes. Very flexible wine for food pairing. Owen and light meet courses as weel as spicy food in general.
