Vinification Process
Handmade harvest into 15 kilos boxes with grape selection. Total destemming with slight crushing. Alcohol fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aged for 16 months in french oak barrels

Should be served between 16º and 18º. With som e red meat dishes, oven dishes and cheese.
