Description

Aromas of red fruit and minerals assembled with toasty notes derived from its 14 months aging process in new oak barrels. The palate is soft, balanced, long, retaining a characteristic mix of fruity and mineral notes. It goes well with red meat dishes of beef or lamb, and cheese.
