Handmade harvest into 15kg boxes with first grape selection. Total destemming with slight crushing after second selection of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and aged in french oak barrels for 12 months
Should be served between 16º and 18º with red meat, oven dishes and also some cheese.
