Manual harvest. Selection of grapes. Cold maceration with pre-fermentation for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Post-fermentation maceration for 10 days. Aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels.
Deep ruby color. Chemical nose. Profile according to grape variety. Mineral notes and light spice. Earthly. Intense in mouth, very expressive with present tannins. Long finish.
