Vinification Process

Total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (22-24oC). Aged for 8 months in stainless steel.

Description

Aroma of red fruits, cherries and wild berries. Lightly floral. Very lickerish on mouth, with soft tannins and easy finish.
