Manual harvest, total destemming, pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (24-28oC). Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
Aroma of red fruits, cherries and wild berries. Lightly floral. Very lickerish on mouth, with soft tannins and easy finish.
