Manual harvest, total destemming, cold pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days followed by fermentation in stainless steel tank s at controlled temperature. Aged for 10 months in French wooden barrels.
Opaque color. Chemical , notes of dry vegetable and slight floral. Dark chocolate and spices. Rich in the mouth, with firm tannins and persistent finish. Lightly toasted in the end.
