Total destemming, light pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (14-16oC)- Aged for 5 months over fine lees with batonnage.
Very expressive aroma with notes of tropical fruit, grapefruit and honey. Very intense in mouth and a very refreshing ending.
