Total destemming, crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tankat controlled temperature (23-26oC). Aged partially in French oak barrels for 5 months.
Ruby color, notes of cloves and black fruit. Slight toasted almond. Medium body, firm tannins and a toasted finish.
